12th, 18th, 19th and 20th September, 2023

On Monday, September 18th you will live the University Day. This day the Commissioner for International Networks and the Director of the International Center will officially welcome you to your new home: the URV. Then you will have the chance to participate in a workshop that will give you tools to deal effectively with the culture shock. Culture what? Yes! Be ready! This will be followed by some more practical information to make your stay a success and we will top it off with a nice reception with refreshments and finger food.

Tuesday, September 19th, is the Cultural Day, organised by the URV Languages Service, in which you will participate in a Linguistic Quiz, a Cultural Speak Dating activity and a traditional Dancing Workshop. All of this will take you right into our culture!

Tuesday 19 September: CULTURAL DAY

The third and final day, Wednesday, September 20th, you will live the Campus Day. You will have the chance to participate in a Campus Tour of one of the Tarragona campuses: either Campus Catalunya (located in the city center and where are located the Faculties of Arts, Nursing and Legal Sciences) or Campus Sescelades (our campus for Engineering, Chemistry, Oenology and Education and Psychology Sciences). Attention! The tour of Campus Bellisens in Reus (Faculties of Economics and Business, Medicine and Architecture) will take place prior to these Welcome days on September 12th. The meeting point for this tour will be at 13hrs in AULA 02 (in front of the bar) in the Campus Bellissens.
